All prices on IchibanTackle.com are listed in U.S. dollars.

SALES TAX

No sales tax to worldwide orders as Japan sales tax is applicable only to the residents of Japan.
***If you live in Japan, sales tax 10.00% will be applied to the total purchase price.

IMPORT TAX

There are no Japan taxes included to our price, however, you (International customers) may be required to pay additional customs, handling fees, duty and/or taxes if requested by your custom office. All Taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the cost of the order or shipping charge. Taxes and customs charges differ depending on the country and state of the shipping address. We suggest contacting your local customs office if you are unsure of the applicable taxes and customs fees that are relevant to you. Ichiban Tackle is not responsible for any additional taxes and customs charges that are requested during the shipment of your order.

RETURN POLICY (100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEED)

We stand behind the quality of all our products. You may return items for any reason with following condition:

-You must advise it to us by e-mail to [email protected] within 1 week after you receive our product.
-The shipping cost to return product must be paid by you.
-You must be responsible for any damage before we receive returned product.
-We regret that original shipping charges are not refundable unless initial failure.
-All products must be returned in a re-salable condition. (Once you open the package, we don't accept to return them. We reserve the right to deny a refund based on the condition of the returned product.)
 

CANCELLATION & UNCLAIMED SHIPMENT

If the transaction is canceled AFTER the order has been dispatched, you will be charged for the full amount of the order. Your payment will be adjusted when the products have been returned in satisfactory condition.
In addition, you will be liable for shipping charges. We do not refund original shipping charges.
If your package has been returned as "Unclaimed", and you would like the item reshipped, you will be liable for the new shipping charges. Special order items cannot be canceled for any reason.
 

QUARANTINE ALERT (for AUSTRALIAN customers)

Australia has some of the world's most stringent quarantine regulations.
We had some customers got their merchandise (mostly soft plastic material baits) seized by AQIS (Australian Quarantine and Inspection Service).
Once your order is seized, you are required to submit the letter stating the products are 100% synthetic or mineral in nature or not delivered from any animal, plant or micro-organism. Unfortunately, information on the materials contained in is limited and those additional information is not available from the manufactures.
NOTE: We suspend to ship soft plastic material baits (plastic worms) to Australia because we are not responsible for any replacement or refund for them seized by AQIS.
 

CREDIT CARD & PAYPAL FRAUD (CHARGEBACK)

For your protection orders are subject to our verification procedure. You may be asked to verify that you are the card owner / PayPal account holder, or that the order information is legitimate. Should your order require verification, you will be notified by email. We reserves the right to refuse an order when the address or credit card is not verifiable. If so, a refund will be issued via the same method you used to make your payment.

We secure shopping area is "fraud smart" and we will pursue fraudulent orders to the full extent of the law.
We screen ALL orders diligently for credit card fraud, and IP (Internet Protocol) addresses are being logged.
Chargeback for goods delivered as ordered is theft.
Any individuals attempting theft via chargeback shall be reported to a credit agency and the police as appropriate, and delivery confirmation information will be provided to your credit card provider.
